Which of your personal data will be used and to what end?
We process the data you sent us in the context of your application based on the question of your aptitude concerning the vacant post (and any other vacancy in our company).
What is the legal basis for this?
The legal basis of the processing of your personal data in the context of the application procedure is § 26 BDSG (in the version of 25.05.2018). According to which the processing of data necessary to justify employment is licit. Should the situation arise that after completion of the application procedure your data will be part of a legal prosecution, your data can be processed on the basis of the requirements of § 6 DSGVO, particularly any pursuit of justified interests based on § 6 para 1 lit. f) DSGVO. In the case of which our interests constitute the enforcement or defense of any legal claims.
How long will your data be stored?
All data related to the application will be deleted six month after the notice of rejection. In case you agreed to the storage of your personal data, we will retain your data in our pool of applicants. After a period of 24 month this data will then also be deleted. In case your application was successful, your data is transferred from the application system into the human resources system.
Who is the recipient of your data?
After receiving your application it is securely stored with HR. Suitable applications are forwarded internally to the team leader in charge of the respective vacancy. At this point further steps in the procedure will be determined. In principle, only those persons are granted access to your personal data who require so to ensure the correct application procedure.
Where is the data processed?
Data is exclusively processed in data processing centers of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Your rights as „concerned person“
You are entitled to request information on your personal data processed by us. In case you are requesting information other than in a written form, we will require proof that you are the person you are claiming to be. Furthermore, you are entitled to correct, delete or limit the processing of your data, should you have the right to do so. You also have the right of objection versus the processing of your data in the course of legal guidelines. The same applies to the right of data transferability.

If your application is of interest, a two-stage process begins for us to get to know each other. The first interview is with the respective head of department. If both parties are still interested, a second interview with company managers takes place. We will contact you as soon as we make a final decision.
